Comfort Cushions

I do not pass my mastectomy cushions as cough cushions. They are 2 different cushions though they have the same shape :

Mastectomy cushions protect surgical areas but must be soft to provide comfort to breast cancer patients and when they are used as hug pillows.

Cough cushions are gently pressed to the chest or the abdomen to lessen the pain when coughing or sneezing after heart surgery or abdominal surgery. Much more practical than rolling a towel. (Do you have time to roll a towel when you need to cough or sneeze ? ). They need to be firm to counteract the force of coughing or sneezing.
